Alpha Tesseract is a digital service. Nothing is shipped.
When you get access
Your plan is activated on your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. You can then use all features of your plan in the app.
If access does not start
If your plan is not active within 1 hour of a successful payment, email support@alpha-tesseract.com with your payment details and we will fix it within 1 business day, or refund the payment.
