Refund and cancellation policy
Cancelling
You can cancel your plan anytime from the app, or by emailing support@alpha-tesseract.com. You can also cancel the UPI AutoPay or card mandate from your UPI app or bank. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Renewal reminders
Plans renew automatically. We notify you at least 24 hours before every renewal charge, so you always have time to cancel.
Refunds
- Yearly plan: if you change your mind, ask within 7 days of the payment and we will refund it in full.
- Monthly plan: monthly payments, including the ₹49 first month, are not refunded for partly used months. Cancelling stops all future charges.
- Charged by mistake: if you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the extra amount in full.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
