Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Alpha Tesseract (“the app”, “we”, “us”), operated by Alphatesseract Tech Pvt Ltd (CIN U62099TZ2025PTC037130), 5/763, Salem-Cuddalore Bypass, Ammamapalyam, Attur, Salem - 636141, India. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to them.
1. The service
Alpha Tesseract is a language-learning app. An AI coach listens to your speech, scores your pronunciation, explains fixes in your chosen language and plans lessons based on what you remember. The coach's video and voice are generated by the app; it is not a recording of a real teacher.
2. Your account
Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. If you are under 18, use the app with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Plans and billing
The Monthly plan costs ₹49 for the first month and then ₹249 per month. The Yearly plan costs ₹1,499 per year. All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Plans renew automatically at the end of each period using the payment method you authorised (for example UPI AutoPay or a card mandate) until you cancel. We notify you at least 24 hours before each renewal charge. If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime. Our refund and cancellation policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no sharing your account, and no uploading content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use.
6. AI-generated content
Feedback, scores and explanations are generated automatically. We work hard to make them accurate, but they may sometimes be wrong. The app is a learning aid and does not guarantee any exam result or level of fluency.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its coach, lessons and content belong to Alphatesseract Tech Pvt Ltd. Your recordings remain yours; you allow us to process them to provide and improve the service as described in our privacy policy.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; we will tell you about important changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Salem, Tamil Nadu.
